Putz...

Nem me fale...

"Cover letter" é um pé no saco de fazer. Voce tem que mandar isso sempre com o seu CV. Tem uns 10.000.000 de sites falando como fazer, mas é um pé no saco...

A cover letter is standard. and the recommendation for resumes for MOST jobs is to be kept to 1 page. Of course fancier jobs require more and they usually note that by asking for CV.

The reason for the 1 page limit is that 1st line of screening needs to sort through a lot of resumes. Therefore they needto be short and to the point. No flaws either!

When Alex said public transportation here sucked I thought: "It can't be worse than SP...".

I couldn't be more wrong.

SP's public transportation is AWESOME when compared to Minneapolis'.

And in SP you have the choice: go to a public hospital and wait 10 hours to see a doctor or die. But here you only have one choice, "or die".

Besides that, lovely country you have here...

I read about this guy in KC that was phasing out his car. He biked to the bus stop (2 mi away from his house) and then biked another mile to get to work.

Wonderful.

yup. most of the USA is not mass transit friendly. there some sities and regions within certain cities where it works out. but for the most part you really need a set of wheels to get around.

I used to work like 3 miles from home. I tried riding my bike once. traffic is just to scary for me.

That's because you don't listen to me. It's the same as you trying to explain me the difference between pronouncing 'sh!it' and 'sheet' and I can't ever get it right, it always sounds like sh!t, so I will never be able to pronounce sheet, EVER!

When I try to explain any word to you it's the same as sheet and sh!t. You can't pronounce a single word right. And I have no patience what so ever to teach anyone anything, specially when the person can't ever understand like they have that disorder what's the name when the kid is very slow and can't never learn anything  that's how I feel when I try to teach Charles anything. Maybe I'm a terrible person, but I wasn't born to be a teacher, unless I'm teaching someone that can get it right the first time, no problem. I hate explaining things twice, my patience is 0. Now I've been showing the f...ing difference between EU and EOU for over a year and he can never get it right, jeez makes me go crazy!!!
