O pior é que eles recebem bem pacas nesses empregos da imigração. Eu acho que eles têm que se tocar que eles têm uma baita responsabilidade, não só com a segurança nacional deles, mas com o fato de serem humanos que estão esperando, se estressando, etc.

É verdade. Principalmente aqueles que trabalham no consulado (os estrangeiros pelo menos) ganham super bem. O que mais me impressiona é que no caso da Marcela ele falhou em ver o erro 2 vezes!!! Afinal ela já podia ter resolvido a situação da primeira vez. Acho isso imperdoável. Mas bem, Marcelinha, estou aqui torcendo por você!

Primeiramente, parabens Lauritcha pela transferencia !! :) Acho que agora voce nao precisa se preocupar mais.. acho que se tivesse alguma RFE seria antes da transferencia como acontece com a maioria dos casos aqui no VJ , entao... :dance:

Marcela...putz grila hein meu ? Que caraca ... parece uma estoria sem fim isso... mais que bom que ja foi resolvido :) Ja marcou a viagem ?

Bom, ontem o Ken tava com a macaca quando ele viu a carta... deu uns cinco minutos e ele ja preparou toda a papelada... agora so falta a carta do emprego que ele vai estar pegando ainda hoje.. entao provavelmente vamos mandar essas @^%#@^#$ de volta ainda essa semana

Ele preencheu o imposto de 2006 ja... e deu ainda mais acima dos 125 % entao ai desses caras se eles nao aceitarem... vamos mandar os 3 .. 2004 , 2005 e 2006 .. e todos estao super acima dessa porcaria de 125 %

Estou mais tranquila... gracas ao Ken... o meu hubby e demais :wub:

Hoje lembrei da historia do homem que não tinha sapatos... ele era muito triste até o dia que encontrou um homem que não tinha pés!

Eu me sinto como o homem sem sapatos hoje. Mesmo tendo o que muitos querem, ainda me sinto pra baixo. Esperando essa maré de má sorte passar. Agradeço muito por não ter tido que entrar com o waiver... mas parece que tem sempre uma pedra no caminho. Nunca dá pra ter uma semaninha de paz e certeza!

OUR COMPLETE TIMELINE

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!
