Nossa.. era tudo que eu nao precisava agora.... mais stress na minha vida... eu to numa fase super mal, sabe...

e essa carta foi a gota d'agua... eu sei que quando eu colocar a cabeca no lugar, eu vou ver que nem e tao serio assim.. afinal a gente tem todos os documentos para mandar.. employer letter, w-2, tax returns... 5 anos se eles quiserem ... pay stubs e estamos acima da poverty guidelines...

eu estava vendo para 2007 para duas pessoas e de 13.690 - 100 % e 17.112 - 125 %, certo ?

Voce tem que mandar o ultimo ano filed...entao nao seria 2007 ainda nao...

eu sei que eu to ate exagerando um pouco... desculpa o dramalhao... normalmente eu nao sou assim.. e que tenho estado um pouco estressada.. e achava que essa RFE era totalmente sobre outra coisa... nem passava pela minha cabeca que poderia ser isso, afinal, nao tem justificativa... e simplesmente ridiculo e estou empu******...

Liszie, vai dar tudo certo sim. Tenha calma, pegue toda a documentação e mande prá eles o mais rápido possível. Infelizmente eles são muito desorganizados. Respira fundo...pense positivo!

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

Finally I got my internet to work again.... I was going crazy over here!

O Consulado não me enviou o envelope junto com meu passaporte com o visto porque, de acordo com eles, eu tenho que mandar mais uma evidencia de financial support que ficou faltando (e ele "não percebeu" no dia da entrevista) , pra eles colocarem no envelope e selarem. Estou um pouco P*&@ da vida mas pelo menos meu visto já está aqui comigo e dele eu NÃO LARGO!!! :lol:

O email que eles mandaram diz que assim que eles receberem o que a gente mandar, eles selam o envelope e mandam pra mim overnight.

A bruxa anda solta por aí..... :P
