How did your fiances send the documents for the aforementioned pastas? I tried to send them FedEx but they wanted 90 dollars! Will send post service tomorrow I think, but I'm not paying 90 bucks for delivery. That's just ridiculous.

Alix,

My documents were sent by USPS for U$ 29,99 and I got them six days after the sending. I think it would be less expensive if he had not sent the copies too.

1st - proof of relationship - fotos, e-mails, IM's, cards, etc

2nd - Petitioner Sponsor - Form I - 134 signed, notarized, USC last federal tax income and copy, USC proof of current job - employement letter and copy, bank info and copy, USC birth certificate and copy

3rd - Beneficiary forms - 2 forms DS-156, 1 form DS 156K, 1 form DS 157, 1 form FS 257a and sworn statement, 1 birth certificate and copy, police certificates and copy, statement of marriageable age applicant

4rt - 2 photos 5x7, passport and citibank fee

And at last medical exam sealed.

Luis sent the documents to me by priority mail and it cost him 30 dollars.

Indeed, Mew's review has all the documents needed and the order in which they should be.

Alex,

a friend usually sends me snail mail and it takes around a week between Minneapolis and Brasilia (probably less, but I had some problems where I live with mail delivery...long story). From NY to SP it will probably take the same amount of time or even less.

You don't have to send it priority, still have plenty of time. Send it as registered, though.
