I am a lil confused by it. is there any sample of the affidavit(s)? I really need your suggestions. Thanks.

Read the instructions carefully. It says "the documents should cover, but not limited to, the following examples". So it's only a suggestion, not a requirement. And there's many on this forum who didn't send them and got approved.

If you think you have enough evidence, don't worry about the affidavits.

Wife's I-130:

02/02/2021 NOA2 الحمد لله

02/12/2022 NVC documents submitted

Just wanted to add that the affidavits do not have to be notarized. They can be just letters written by your friends. Also, depending on what evidence you have affidavits might be weak evidenced and not required. If you can provide us with a list of your documents, we can give you a better idea.

We did not send affidavits. We did have a lot of evidence like insurances, wills, taxes, joint accounts, a house we bought together, a baby, IDs etc so did not feel the need for them. You can decide if you think you should be sending them or not. They are not good evidence just by themselves but can add a little weight if you have some good evidence but not a lot.

I had tons of shared-life evidence, and I also sent in affidavits; here's a link of evidence I sent. Bear in mind, I was a waiver filer. Good luck to you!

That does look like good evidence. Any trip tickets that you took together? I would also include some pictures!
