I don't think answers are possible - because to do so would involve confronting unspoken assumptions and challenging the foundation of their world views. Though at this point - I'm seriously wondering whether or not they actually understand that.

erekose, I suspect you're right about this given that questions are answered with silence and statements with slurs. Yet, I'd still like to know what concretely upsets them about liberals other than the clichés we've heard a milllion times.

Assuming it is a lack of education could be true but then that's what they think about us as well (something that became clear throughout the thread), so maybe that's too simple.

Anyway, I'm willing to give up on this for now if noone else is interested in taking the subject any further.
