i do have everything already like marriage license G-325 i and my husband,I-130,I-485,I-765 etc

so i want to know whick application need to process my working permit?

You either need an approved greencard or work authorization(EAD) before you can go to the SSA office for an SSN. The I-765 is the application for work authorization.

YMMV

ist possible that i could process first the EAD before the green card?

You apply at the same time - send in the I-130, the I-485, and the I-765 all at once. You should (in theory) get the work authorization before you get the green card. Can't apply for work authorization w/out the green card though. Sorry!

payxibka is correct, it's the I765 form that's the application for work authorization (EAD). Normally you can file this together with your I693, I130, etc. If you have them all ready you should file them at the same time, that's the best option. If you are still working under your H2B visa then you can still work under your sponsored employer while waiting for AOS filing. When they decide to let you go, at least while your H2B is out-of-status, you are already pending AOS status.

Assuming you have already submitted your applications all at the same time, the EAD normally gets processed faster (see my timeline). Although in my case, it really didn't make much of a difference as I got my green card soon after.

Question though (I hope I didn't miss anything) - you are adjusting from an H2B visa, which means you are already working here in the US then want to adjust to permanent resident? If you have been working here in US, shouldn't you already have an SS number?

Well the EAD card is meaningless once the GC is approved, so to get any benefit from it it needs to be approved before the GC.

YMMV

If you entered the US with a B2 and your I-94 is now expired, you are out of status. The fact that you are now married to a US citizen does not change that.

You will need to file for AOS which is expensive. Until your AOS petition is decided upon, you cannot get a SS number and you cannot work legally.

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all . . . . The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities, an intricate knot of German-Americans, Irish-Americans, English-Americans, French-Americans, Scandinavian-Americans or Italian-Americans, each preserving its separate nationality, each at heart feeling more sympathy with Europeans of that nationality, than with the other citizens of the American Republic . . . . There is no such thing as a hyphenated American who is a good American. The only man who is a good American is the man who is an American and nothing else.

I think this is a speak to an attorney case. I might be wrong, but I thought if you are married and filing AOS in the U.S. and did not file a visa petition, you also need to file the spouse petition along with the AOS.
