I have visited my relative in USA with my daughter who is 19 years we both hold tourist visa.

I have met my bf in USA and we love each other and he wants to marriage me. If I marriage him

what is he should do for legally visa for me and my daughter so we can have our family here???

before marriage then K-1 fiance(e) visa for you and K-2 visa for your daughter and this will be issued by US Consulate in your home country. After the visa is issued, then you come to the USA and you get married here. This is your only option if you want your daughter to immigrate with you

That is exactly why the K-1/K-2 is the only option to have the daughter immigrate with the mother. If they pursue a spousal visa the USC spouse is ineligible to petition for the daughter and she would have to wait until her mom is eligible to petition for her and this would cause a several year wait. The K-1/K-2 is not subject to this situation. The only limitation for the K-1/K-2 to immigrate is the daughter must get her greencard before she ages out at 21.
