When my fiancee went to pay the interview fee of $390 she inputed a wrong barcode number. Now we are panicking because we're trying to figure out whether to pay the fee again. On the ATM transaction receipt, her name, customer number, and the total amount paid is written. There is nowhere on the receipt that says anything about the wrong barcode we put in or anything of that sort. Do we really need to pay the $390 again? At the moment we are very short on money.. we are applying from japan.

Thanks in advanced!!

I don't see why you should, if the money is gone and her name and the amount paid is on the receipt it shouldn't matter. If there is something very wrong the money should bounce back to her account and you can just put in the numbers again. Either way you paid for it, I'd wait, maybe call them to see if they received it. Hang onto all your receipts and bring them with you to the interviews.
