Hello everyone,

Here is my situation,

i got married to my US citizen wife last year.

I applied for AOS and had first interview but thet said that we could not pass.

than second interview ad they said again that we could not pass.

After that applied again and we got our 3rd interview and all he said is we could not pass..

he doesnt care about our mutual acoounts, tax returns, and other proofs, all he said is he does not belive that our marriage is real...

and finally we wentfor 4 th interview now but again they said nothing and they did not ask anything but they said that they will send a decision in a month or something...

i am really tired about this situation guys.... what we do have to do ? we have everything for evidence...

what i am gonna do after that... start over again and apply for AOS again ? how many times...thats really weird.

if u have any suggestions or experience pls write me someting...

I'm sorry, I can't help you. However, I think you need to give more information for anyone who possibly can.

Also, I'm guessing you aren't adjusting from a K-1. If not, you are in the wrong forum.

You'll want to give details about what your status was before you applied for adjustment, any RFEs you received, any overstays, any other negative factors, where you are from, how your spouse gained citizenship, etc.

And you'll DEFINITELY want to include details about the interviews such as which questions you were asked, which ones you got wrong, etc., and any responses you have received. They should explain exactly why you've been denied.

I hope someone comes along who can help you better than I can, but I seriously doubt anyone can tell you anything without more information.

Agreed. There is much more to this story than you are telling us. USCIS doesn't arbitrarily deny AOS for the spouse of a US citizen without good reason.

Did you get married while you were in deportation proceedings?

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

This is the first time I hear somebody was interviewed 4 times for AOS. I didn't even know it's possible to go to a new interview after you get denied once. Were you really denied or did they request more evidence? However, I am sure you have been told at least once why your case hasn't been adjudicated yet.
