i-129f questions..

hello guys.. im a little bit confuse filling the i-129f form on #10.) My Citizenship was acquired through: im a US citizen through naturalization, and i have the certificate of naturalization.. but on form that says "give number of certificate, date, and placed it issued," i dont know which number do i put. i see two numbers in my certificate, one is the number in the upper hand right corner, and the second one is the INS Registration Number, which one to put? and what is the next question "have you obtained a certificate of citizenship in your name? if yes, give certificate number, date, and placed it was issued," is that different from my certificate of naturalization? thanks..

On my application I used the number in red that is at the top right and as far as the other questions just leave them blank, just check "Naturalization". I had no problem with my application.
