well my mom it GREEN CARD holder she is about to fill for my lil sister which is 14years old my is there a visa available that we can apply for.. for my sister so she could be here while here application in pending????

tourist would be the only one... and if issued would only allow up to 6 mos. of time inside the USA... there is no visa she could apply for that would provide a long enough time in the USA to wait out the entire processing time

A Student Visa would be theoretically possible.

A 14 year old would be at school, so visiting opportunities would be limited.

A Student Visa would be theoretically possible.

If the child does not already have a Vistor's Visa(B1) then, usually the Embassy would not approved a request for a Tourist Visa. The best option would be - applying for the Student Visa (F1) however keep in mind that the F1 Status would not allow for use of U.S Public School System due to strict Federal/Goverenment Laws. With that being said - you would have to seek out a PRIVATE SCHOOL and see if you're able to get an appoved Visa.

Oct 29 2012 - Pkg Delivered
Dec 24 2012 - Case Complete

May 17 2013 - Interview-Approved

July 19 2013 - Enter the USA
