DS3032 Address changed?

Hi,

The address to send DS3032 that I got from wiki page here is

National Visa Center

ATTN: ACL

32 Rochester Avenue Portsmouth,

NH 03801-2909

United States of America

Today i received DS3032 via email from NVC (is this an older version because it says - EXPIRATION DATE: 12/31/2006?)

and in that, the address mentioned is

National Visa Center

ATTN: ACL

31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 200

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909

United States of America

My questions are...

1. Is the address mismatch because of older version?

2. Now which address do I send it to?

3. I had already send the signed form to my USC spouse, but that was a newer version. Never knew NVC would send an older version.

4. Does my USC petitioner need to print out soft copy of this, cut the bar code part and fix it onto the already signed form she has with her? Does it help?

I had already emailed the DS3032 to NVC using the template in wiki... I sent it one day before they sent me this form via e-mail(was that okay to do?)

As long as u have sent them a newer version of the form it will be fine. So ignore the form u got from nvc thrw email. U will be fine as u have emailed the form. If you are going to mail it now mail it to 32 Rochester ave. Good luck.

why worry about this, if you emailed it in already ?

For anyone else reading this, not using the 'email template' here at VJ -

the current DS-3032 is at http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/80023.pdf

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

thanks for your opinions..

Darnell, sent via snail-mail just to be safe. They dont officially state that they accept it via email.

and the one from the link that u shared.. is exactly the version i had sent my wife.

my wife anyway, called up and spoke to nvc operator, who said, it doesnt matter if its 31 or 32 rochester avenue..it will all come to the same place.

I hope you know, that is no 'instant' acceptance on the DS-3032 email template thing - usually takes between 2 to 25 days.

Same for DS-3032 sent in via postal / courier - nothing 'instant' even once it makes it into the mailroom.
