hi all

after close inspection to Visa Bulletin for june , july & August 2010 , FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCES , Second (a+b) it keeps moving quickly **************...... you think its temporary or it will keeps moving and by the way whats the average movement betwen two months ???????"]

you can never know, that's why you have to check ever month, it could get stuck or regress, the bulletin is very unpredictable.
