ON JULY 13 i got an email say CPO an allow 30 days to get ur card.. now today i got the same email with different date sayin the samething.. do the secone email means my card is mail to me? or thats is just a way for uscis to delay to send me my card??

It means its coming soon. It may not even take 30 days... you will just have to wait and see... That happened to us as well. You can look at my timeline... :thumbs:

we got two emails with two different dates too
