Hi I'm new here...I am on a k3/spousal visa for almost 2yrs now. I got my AOS interview scheduled on August 10. My visa is going to expire on August 27 together with my EAD Card (applied separately). I am currently employed..so my employer gave me a letter that I will need to submit my GC or new EAD or else they will terminate me on their system. Is it possible for me to get an early interview (in order to get my GC earlier) or get a temporary EAD to show to them?

I doubt you can get an early interview. At the interview, if you're approved, you can ask for the I-551 stamp in the passport - that serves as a temporary green card (and is work authorized) until you get a real one in the mail.

Maybe your can do infopass appointment and explain the situation so you could get your EAD approval earlier. I know someone who did that and got approval on EAD while AOS still pending.
