Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

WOW ! That was super fast !!

YAY !!

Now then - all that stuff you submitted into NVC - SHE needs to have all, for interview day. (except the DS-3032) -

thats:

--I-864 with all supporting docs

--DS-230 with ORIGINALS

Good Luck ! and

CONGRATULATIONS !!!!

Stupid NVC Tele-Operators ;)

She's prolly going to need the medical forms, she can self-generate those - from:

http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/forms_and_packets.htm

in the IV Appointment Packet (“Packet 4”) section, at the bottom.

I don't need any I130 stuff or anything like that.... right? Oh yeah - I am heading back to China to be with her during this time and, hopefully, bring her back with me....

If you are divorced from prior marriage, you need to send her a CERTIFIED COPY of the prior divorce decree(s).

re: I-130 stuff - well, there is that 'bonafide relationship fodder', which you've been building over time, since submitting the I-130, right? There's 6 types of evidence in the I-130 instructions - the CO at GUZ IV MAY want to see this stuff (maybe not) - so prep yer stuff, have it in her hands for interview day. Technically, there's also the marriage certificate, as you submitted a copy with the I-130, another 'copy' during NVC processing, but - it's part of the 'white book' collection that she has (or you have) so bring all the white books..

BigPro-d,

Yes, I will create a better timeline.

A few questions. Is the medical portion of the process the same with electronic process - iow - she get the envelope from the approved hospital and takes it with her to the interview?

Also,

I have paid AOS and IMMIGRANT VISA FEE are there any other fees to look forward to?

Thanks.

medical - yup - the hospital will give her a sealed packet, she hand carries it to the interview.

oh - there are no more 'real' fees, but

for visa delivery, carry 20 to 100 rmb , she pays the EMS delivery fee at the EMS counter AFTER the interview.
