Confused by WAC receipt number

WE got our NOA1, but it looks very strange, our 3-5th digits are 901. I thought it cannot be more then 365 as it is the day of year.

Is it our number wrong? Did somebody see such receipt numbers before?

I do not actually know anything about the format of the receipt numbers - but did you try to verify the number your received with your Service Center ?

CR-1 Visa Was Approved :-)

Entry Date to USA: 2/3/2011

12-10-2012 - Sent off I-751 packet visa USPS

I751 Was approved - 10 Year GC was granted

N-400 Progress

4/10/2014: Package Mailed
4/11/2014: Package Received
4/14/2014: Notice Date

The case number doesn't have any built in intelligence. If what you are suggesting was factual, my case number would have been have to be sent toward the end of July for the case number to make sense. But I sent my case back in April. Don't worry. Just check online if your case number exist on USCIS website or call USCIS.

N400 CITIZENSHIP STAGE

23-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox (USPS EXPRESS)

27-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form delivered/picked up by USCIS

01-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form fee check cashed by USCIS

04-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form received per NOA1

09-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 notice date

14-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 on hand through USPS

30-JAN-2017 -:- N400 fingerprint taken

01-FEB-2017 -:- N400 interview schedule process started

26-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview date set (01SEP2017)

The phone number is listed on the NOA1 form your received itself. I don't remember where, but I believe it is listed on the bottom left hand corner.

Read the whole NOA1 notice - front and back - and it will give you instructions on how to contact them if needed and also how to setup online access.

CR-1 Visa Was Approved :-)

The WAC number has no real rhyme or reason from what I have seen. The one from the embassy will be with julian date format. Our WAC number was like WAC-10-1047-XXXXXX

we filed in november 2009. It takes it a couple days to get loaded into the USCIS website. If you just received NOA1 e-mail, give it a week or so or until you actually get the hardcopy NOA1. they should have it loaded into the online system by then.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
