The only way to change things is by them making changes to INA and the field manual... congressmen/senators as individuals cant do anyhing... only as a group and there is not much chance that they will make a change like we want because they are focused on illegal immigration, not the F'd up legal aspects affecting us...

so scott i don't know if it good or bad news, but i call DoS today after last week my U.S. Senator send them a e-mail. long story short i call DoS and Susan said they have put out my case and look and reviewing it. so my case have being touch YES!.. so a letter from the senator make them look at my case.

I still think its a combination of end of fiscal and the new CG that is making things happen... Thuy will visit the consulate again next Tuesday to see what they say... I really thing the next 4 weeks will yield some results for everyone in AP....

update from 9/13. i call DOS today they said my case is still under review, and i ask "did they ever touch my case on the 13" she said there was no update on the 13, only a email was send to my senator, they never touch my file. uhhhhh all this sh!t really starting to piss me off.
