hi everyone

i'm new to this website. i want to ask question abt my citizenship. i have sent my application last month. with all the necessary document. such as: kids birth certificate, my marriage certificate, copy of my green card, two pics,

today i got e mail saying they sent a letter for requesting more evidence. i can't possibly think what else they need. does any one have any idea what they usually ask. i'm scared. pls reply.

The RFE is for the biometrics appointment, a weird letter that every applicant receives for no good reason other than because. Your post, however, tells me that you are not well prepared for the process.

At the 5-year mark as an LPR, your marriage matters as much as the brand of toothpaste you use. You also don't need -- and you don't want -- to send any documents in that would slow down your application. Well, you already did. In fact, if you applied based on marriage (less than 5 years) instead of duration (5-year and up) you forced the adjudicator to look at evidence not needed.

I suggest you check the GUIDE for Naturalization at the top of the Home Page of Visa Journey for more information as the Naturalization is a big deal in most persons' life. The Guide will be very helpful and bring light to the darkness.
