This is a standard letter - the keycodes match up, all.

Are you having a problem understanding the keycodes ?

Everything you sent to NVC travels with the casefile, over to India.

Have you shown this to your USC Spouse ?

IMO, there is nothing to help you, about.

Sir i send original birth certificate(so it must say "O" instad of saying "D"(,where "D" s for certified copies) in the document status....same case for marriage and police certificats..

i want to know why they said "D" instad of saying "O",coz i send them the originals

They did the same thing to me. I sent the original marriage certificate but the letter said it was certified. My hubby got our original back from the embassy after the interview. So don't bother so much since folks at nvc apparently don't have an ability to differentiate btw original doc vs. certified

copy.

You will be fine, IMO if they needed anything from you that was different than you sent in then they would of given you an RFE at the NVC instead of an interview date

When you go to VFS just make sure that take copies of everything that was in the DS-230 package along with a new DS-230 form... and you are going to be A.OK!!!

IMO, NVC staffer got sloppy -

don't worry about this - as the requirement on the DS-230 is

ORIGINAL OR CERTIFIED COPY

plus

a photocopy .

Seriously, the NVC staffer 'goofed' on you, precisely - but since it's 'or' in the requirement, you're still OK !!!

we've got a problem when my husband sent the IV package to the NVC, he sent the original copies(Birth cert, marriage cert, police, his birth cert) but he did not include the photocopies of those documents... He sent it dated June 25, 2010.. So we're getting worried cause until now we don't have update about it if we have REF.. Cause they receive the documents that was sent by my husband dated July 1st based on their system as per operator... What do you think will happen?
