Good day!

my docs as beneficiary are already okay.

my mother sent already the affidavit of support and docs and received by NVC june 30 thru track No. today i receive email from NVC that they havent received it yet and sent me another cover letter.

the previous/ sent Affidavit and docs have cover letter which not the same with they send me today.

My question is do my mom need to send those again? or contact NVC regarding sent documents. My fear is to send many documents with many cover letter that might confuse them with my CASE.

Thanks in advance.

I have the same experience with you. My mom sent the AOS documents and received at the the NVC last June 25. We received an email last July 3 with checklist cover letter requiring us to submit AOS forms, so I called the NVC today July 15 to inquire about it. They said that it's already entered into the system and instead required us to submit the birth certificate of the household member who signed for the I-864A.

things get wonky at NVC for turnaround/acceptance/shove_outta_mail_room/add_to_casefile

Rarely, when 'going fast', pushing things in, will it seem 'normal', ah ?

IMO, wait ONE WEEK, call NVC, get a HUMAN, and inquire on case status.

DO NOT SEND IN ANYTHING, for now, as yer speedy stuff has gotten into a slow queue.

And that's OK !

Hopefully, after a week, the AOS set would have wound it's way from the mailroom into the casefile processing area to an reviewer's desk and actually gotten INTO your casefile, with the reviewer 'ticking off some things' in to the NVC compootah, as well.

NEVER, EVER, anything 'received on Day 1' is 'noted' on Day 1. Never. Ever.
