For the benefit of others who THOUGHT their counsel WAS qualified, how did you make sure yours was? That seems to be one of the big questions...

Well, I thought mine was qualified enough, shes an Honorary Consul of her home country, a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, as well as the Ohio Bar Association, but appearently that isn't enough, because she informed me to do something I know full well is NOT the right way to get this done. I'm glad I knew of this site because I ran what she said by me and was told to NOT believe her. Otherwise I would've thought she was right... truely scary, as she really could've kept us apart for good with her plan, as well as made us go broke.

There's a perfect example why some people are so divided on this issue. Good for you for doing your homework and not being so completely trusting....

And for the record... no one has pissed in my cheerios, and I stopped eating cereal a long time ago. Every time someone has anything negative to say about you, you come back with that same lame azz comment, like its supposed to mean something. People can, and do, have views completely different then yours, and don't have to have a bad day to have them.

Look around VJ chuckie... just how many "friends" do you have huh? How many people would come to help you, or support you, if you had a problem? You think you are all that, when in actuality, you are nothing more than an annoying little pest that continually buzzes around causing hate and discontent. But that is what you enjoy, which makes you no better than a troll, as has been said about you by others. So keep boosting your post count, thinking that other people will think more highly of you because you have so many hearts, but maybe if they look at the fact that you haven't been here that long, and don't even have your I-129F approved yet, then they can see you for who you truly are… a trouble making troll, that anytime someone attacks you, you run to the Capt and report them. What a WUSS!!!! Did you always go running to your mommy if the kids at school picked on you? Is that why you are such an azz on the internet because you can hide behind your PC or hit the report button to cry to the admin types?!!! If you are in the Army, or were in the Army, it makes me wonder where our military is going if it is full of people like you... spineless wimps that can't defend themselves, and hide behind others, and can't even come up with an original argument of their own. above you made a remark about the number of hearts i have. there are people here who joined shortly before me and have more hearts and more posts per day than me. i'm not going to point out who. were you really interested in the truth you'd do that yourself. instead, you don't go after them as you don't have an ax to grind with them and you have your blinders on. there is not a limit on posts per day, so therefore your continual attacks on me make you look foolish. were ewok to have a concern about my posts per day i'm sure he'd let me know. unless, of course, you are trying to do ewok's job.

funny you should bring up the military roi. given that you could not hack 8 more years til retirement says a lot about you. bad evaluations perhaps and forced out? make all the snide comments you want, i still have my blue id card and you don't. and your disregard for following the rules in vj is probably indicative of why you didn't stay in the military past 12 years.....

as for the remark about friends in vj, i have some. nessa has some. i'm certain most regulars here have friends. i really fail to see the relevence of this. what is this, high school where we compare who has the most online friends, an internet popularity contest? jeesh.

given your stalking of my posts, i've seen you following myself, nessa, and incanada in particular and your posting of icons afterward, along with your unwarranted attacks on other vj members, one of which resulted in you getting at least a week long ban. it's obvious that you, roi, are the problem, and whatever your problem is i'm sure it's a very long word and difficult to pronounce.

ps - "...don't even have your I-129F approved yet" we have noa2 and the paperwork is on its way to rio. ergo, the i-129f is approved - do try to stay better informed.

I have no problems with either of you, so as an impartial observer I just have to say that it's truly sad that two GROWN MEN, old enough to know better, can stoop to the level that you have done. Remember what your mother always said - "if you can't say something nice, sometimes it's better not to say anything at all".

There are plenty of posts on this board, and they don't all have to be the Charles and Roi Show. It's not becoming of either of you, and frankly it's getting a little tiresome.

You betcha! Can't remember the natural colour of my hair.... My mum started going grey at 16, and I have enough of them at 23 that I'm bothered by it.

For the family resemblance I have with my dad, I could have been fathered by the milkman. I couldn't be anyone but my mum's daughter though - I know what I'm going to look like in 20 years time!
