Hiya. I have already sent both my I-130 and I-129F, and I think I may have messed up. I am hoping people here can give me an idea of how badly.

Most all of the times I was asked to fill in addresses on these forms there was no mention of wanting a postcode, so it became my habit not to write them in unless specifically asked. A co-worker of mine is not too far ahead of me in the K-3 Quest, and he said that because of security checks it is important to include complete addresses for things like employers and current addresses of my wife's kids. I didn't do that in any of these cases. I only included postcodes when there was a spot that said Zip/Postcode. For employers and kids, I included everything but the postcode because the space was so small.

Is this a major screw-up? I haven't heard anything from the processing people...............yet!

Thanks,

Bob

I wouldn't worry about that too much. I think the most important zip code is your own.

Good luck.

We only included zip/postal codes when specifically asked in a heading and were approved.
