Hey everyone,

I'm trying to get the support form ready and I have two questions. Also, we are using a co-sponsor and one of the question is relevant to this.

So #1: Question 11 reads: I intend/do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3.

So the example on VJ says to put "N/A K-1 visa process for permanent residence". Is this still correct? Has anyone had problems when writing this? (Of course I would have read it, but I'm just double-checking because I AM this an*l) And do you leave the boxes empty?

#2: When the co-sponsor fills in the form, I guess she will put "None" to questions 8 (dependent persons),9 (previously submitted affidavit) and 10 (submitted visa petitions)? But where does she specifies that she is co-sponsoring me as the petitioner's mother? In question 11? Then does she still leave the boxes empty (see #1)?

Thank you so much for taking the time to clarify this for me, I'm a little confused, and I want to make sure I get this form right before leaving for my interview!

Thanks!

So #1: Question 11 :

She does not intend to make specific contributions to you, she going to support you rather then let you go on welfare if you NEED it only, which is what they want. These applications are used for more then just K1 visa's so sometimes questions really don't apply. So leave the boxes empty and put what was in the Vj example.

She will put "None" to questions 8 (dependent persons) unless she has children living at home of course

9 None (previously submitted affidavit)again unless she has

10 (submitted visa petitions)none unless she has

" But where does she specifies that she is co-sponsoring me as the petitioner's mother? In question 11? Then does she still leave the boxes empty (see #1)?" It doesn't specify that she is the co-sponsor, question 2 relationship to sponsor..future daughter in law. You are handing these forms to them at the interview...they get that she's a co-sponsor.
