:wow: EVERYONE is getting touched?! I wonder if that's good news? I'm an August filer and I just checked my status, I got touched too. So did another guy from the August group. I hope this is good news!!!

I'm happy everyone seems to be getting touched because in my mind it signifies that at least we all aren't lost in a storage bin somewhere. :lol:

So I say we can officially get excited no matter what it means...at least we'll all look like fools together if it comes to that. :rofl:

I'm happy that we all got touched. Heck! I had been hoping for a major fondle. But who knows, several small touches may a fondle make. I can't help it; it's been so long since I've seen my fiancee that touches or fondles of a cyber nature are all that I can hope for for the moment. A NOA2 in October keeps our timeline on track.

7-30-07 - Met in Santa Marta, Colombia

9-19-08 - Engaged

7-13-10 - I-129F sent by USPS Expressmail to VSC;

10-18-10 - NOA2!!!!!!!!!! (Received in hand 10-22-10)

11-12-10 - Sent email to Embassy asking about petition; response "Petition rec'd; send in documents"; sent same day

11-24-10 - Called the Department of State; interview has been scheduled

11-29-10 - Package 3 received by beneficiary

01-19-11 - Interview - VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!

01-27-11 - Passport received; visa in hand

02-08-11 - POE - Fort Lauderdale, Fla MISSED FLIGHT; 02-10-11 - POE second time's the charm. Easy POE. Welcome to the USA.

03-04-11 - Married

AOS

05-08-11 - Mailed out I-485, I-765 & I-131;

05-16-11 - Text & email msgs with Receipt Number

05-17-11 - Applied for Expedited AP as Victoria's mother was very ill; 05-18-11 - Picked up AP document

05-20-11 - Victoria returns to Colombia; NOA1 for all 3 forms arrive

06-03-11 - Text message "Case now updated"; RFE 06-07-11 - RFE arrives for 2010 Tax Return

06-08-11 - Text message "Case now updated"; Post Office returned a letter that was sent by USCIS; 06-09-11 - Issue resolved

06-14-11 - RFE response sent; 06-21-11 - Text message "Case now updated"; RFE response under review

06-29-11 - Text message "Case now updated"; Case transferred to CSC

08-30-11 - Victoria returns to US

08-31-11 - Biometrics done; Text message - "EAD Card Production ordered"

09-11 - Case transferred back from CSC

11-22-11 - Interview in Albany Field Office. AOS APPROVED.

I got touch also!!! Yeah!!! Even though it may not mean much, but at least a little excitement.

I-129F mailed to VSC June 18,2010.

I-129F delivered to VSC June 21,2010.

Waiting, waiting for NOA1.

July 12, 2010 VSC states petition was rejected (no reason given) and was being returned however they did give me the case #.

Waiting, waiting, did not get returned petition instead got hard copy of NOA1 in mail on July 26, 2010 with

different case # (very strange!!!) I have not seen anything like this on VJ.

NOA1 dated July 20, 2010 (way too long) 29 days since delivered.

Check cleared July 22, 2010.

Received NOA1 hard copy July 26, 2010.

"Touch" July 27, 2010.

"Touch" Oct. 3, 2010 Yeah!!!!, at least something.

YEEPEE!!!! Finally NOA2. Dec 30,2010 got cell text at 4:04pm, and email notice at 6:00pm that our petition has been approved.

Now for the rest of the process, should not be so long now!!!!!!

This long wait has been very stressful for both of us, now we can make more plans for the rest of our lives together.

NVC got our case on Jan 4, 2011 and was sent to the Embassy on Jan 6, 2011. Thank you Lord!!!

We now have our MNL case number!!!!

I kow 2 months down.....I wander if it the waiting gets any easier, as i think i may be coming to the point of giving up hope of anytime soon and resided myself to thinking im never going to get the damn thing!

You will get it and you will be totally relaxed after you get it then once the interview gets closer you will get on another emotional roller coaster...Your day is coming hang in there do something to occupy your mind like start thinking about the documents you need to locate and send once you get the the NOA2 hang in there my friend :thumbs:

Hi everyone, I have viewed posts for the last 3 months. I only registered today to encourage everyone and share the good news.Vermont is rolling again!!! Whoo hoo This morning I saw on the website my NOA 2 dated 10\1\10 is in the mail. My NOA1 was July 2nd.Be encouraged! Yours is on the way.thank u to everyone who has ever posted anything! Knowing others were in the same boat has helped me maintain my sanity in the past three months! Happy dance ;)

Hehehe im on my lunch checking things and i got a touch on 10/03/2010 as well :) I praaaayyy this actually means something :)

I have a visit to the phils in november for thanksgiving and it would be great timing if this came through for that visit :) she wants me to go to the interview with her but it would be sooo nice to fly back together hehe :)

Thanks guys! I'm just so relieved and comforted to know we will see each other in 3 to 4 months. Was getting really down at the thought of a possible 5 or 6 month wait. I'm freaked out about the interview now ahhh
