Lots of approvals today, but mostly from August. I'm starting to wonder if they lost my petition lol. D:

It's coming, their approving petitions all over the place today.

GAWD... I hope so lol. I'm about to explode from all this pent up frustration. Hopefully I'll get that text today at work, that would be awesome, and would help my whole week go a lot better lmao. But until I get approved, I'm slowly going to keep going insane... *twitches* O.o

Really hope so. I keep trying to be positive, but seeing all the August approvals is frustrating, to say the least...

Hear, hear. "We process petitions in the order in which we receive them"... Yeah right. >_>

What do you mean, you are an August filer? If you feel overlooked, you are not the only one. On Feb. 3 you reach your 6 month mark, give USCIS a call.

Hear, hear. "We process petitions in the order in which we receive them"... Yeah right. >_>

Would make more sense. But I bet it's out of order because of the way they file them. You're past your 6 months, have you called immigration yet?

July filer approved 1/31. NOA1 date 7/23.

As an unapproved July filer I too was getting a bit annoyed at seeing the comments reporting that July was cleared, VSC now moving on to August, but we now seem to be getting close.

Here are some comments I hope will help the remaining July filers:

- I Emailed vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov twice last week, got one standard reply.

- Following the instructions on that reply I called 1-800-375-5283 last Friday and after getting a report that I was indeed outside processing time I was given a reference number for a service request.

- I had been wondering whether I should call senator/congressman - I can't say whether I might have got a response sooner, or not, ... but it does not seem to be necessary to get the approval.

Hang in there guys and gals, not long now!

Yeah, twice now, they just give me the whole speech about how their system won't let them put in a service request etc. etc. D:<
