Left on July 23 on a 10 day trip to see my honey. NOA1 arrived after I had left. Glad I was were I was instead of at home waiting for it. Hopefully next trip in October for interview.

Hi all! Mailed our 129F on the 24th of July! Recieved at VSC/Texas on July 26th! Receive date 27 July. Notice Date of 29 July! Finally got the hardcopy on the 6th of August! Now the real waiting begins! Good luck to everyone! Gotta love it... Hurry up and wait!

We received our NOA1 an hour ago via E-Mail and I am now finally able to check my case status online! The actual NOA1 date may be the 5th (which would mean it took 5 days from when it was received on the 31st) but I'll wait and see what the hard copy says. And for whatever reason we were re-routed to the Texas Service Center...but maybe that's just how it works.

New to the site and in the same boat as all of you. Checking the uscis site everyday.. Had a look at June filers and they seem to be gettimg NOA2's already.. good luck everyone!!

Today makes 30 days since I sent out the I-129f. The last touch on our petition was on 7/26/10. Looks as if the speed that had been seen by others has petered out. Not totally off-the-wall anxious yet, but NOA2 would be nice. We are going to start bumping into the holiday periods soon and if we have to make reservations at the last minute during the holidays, we'll have to give up the other arm and the other leg as well.

We sent our I-129F last July 19, 2010... Our check was cleared on the 27th, but we haven't received an NOA1 yet.

We are getting worried... What could be wrong. We check our mail every day.

It has been over 30 days since my petition was last touched. I think that I have only seen 2 NOA2's for July filers anywhere. Is there something wrong with July? Are we some kind of pariah? Don't worry, I'm not all that whacked out; I only wish that there was some kind of movement.

THIS WAITING GAME SUCKS BIG... DOES ANY ONE ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR DURING THIS PROCESS AND HOW COME IT TAKES SO LONG TO DO WHAT THEY DO? THEY TOUCH MY FILE ONCE 07/16/2010 AND DOESNT LOOK LIKE THEY TOUCH IT AGAIN SINCE. I'M GLAD SOME OF YOU GOT TOUCH MORE THEN ONCE. It is such a good feeling to have a forum like this where you can talk to othes in the exact same boat and vent together.

I kow 2 months down.....I wander if it the waiting gets any easier, as i think i may be coming to the point of giving up hope of anytime soon and resided myself to thinking im never going to get the damn thing!
