no problem at all. my wife had no documentation either. st lukes will give her age-appropriate vaccinations. there is no charge for the vaccinations because it is included in the price of the medical exam.

No issue, just tell your wife to have her arm ready for several shots.......My wife had hers 1 year ago (July 9,2009) and I am still hearing about it.

Just as everyone has already stated... no problem. Lizeth went to her medical review without any proof of prior vaccinations and they pretty much treated her like she didn't have any.

She was pretty sore for a couple of days later though
