Hey guys i wanted to update you on what happend.

the rfe was for proof of good faitgh marriage, i already gave them a plethora of paperwork such as tax filings, receipts etc, geographical info with backround checks marriage certificate etc.

they still sent for rfe for goodfaitgh marriage so i thought about what i was missing, i didnt explain how i fell in love with my wife in detail or many piotures.

so i sent a small album of photos of me and her with friends at a party., affidavit from my best manh, affidvait from his wife, they both are in pics with me and my wife. i sent a youtube video i formatted into avi of me and my wife together at our home as a couple. 3 pics of my marriage photos my best man had on his cellphone.

i posted a letter of good conduct from my church, a affidavit from my mom, my step mom, that they knew michelle as family, one from my uncle that hes seen her at family events, one from my god sister and my aunt. another from my cousin. Anotehr affidavit from friends of family both me and my wife frequented for holidays and i wrote a long explanation of how i met my wife why i loved her about our mutual culture and how she was integrated with me and my family. i explained why i didnt have mail and how she has the majority and bulk of it and wedding pictures and other pictures. i explained why we got a court house wedding as im christian and shes hindu.

i just spoke the truth and gave it.

They sent a decision to my lawyer on the 14th of sep i just checked and i havent received word from him yet. the website says Decision and i dont know what it is or means? it could be i was rejected or accepted i have no idea whats going to happen now.

Just my heart beating like crazy. All i can do is occupy myself. All i can say is I have done everything right, I have been a good person. What happend to me is crazy and real and I dont even know how to put it into words fully besides what i wrote here. I hope everything comes through for the best and I can move on past this nightmare i have lived and move on with my life normally now. Its going to take me more time because of what happend to me but i hope i can pursue the medical field again and eventually go to the military and carve a path to being a doctor. thats my positive thinking.

Honestly im scared outta my mind. Thankyou for your good thoughts they help me.

i also had a letter from an additional uncle and a friend who i went to his bbqs with me and my wife as a couple. i had forgotton. I believe i put ALOT of evidence.

Ok i got my decision and im no longer worried. Im quite frankly Offended.

This is my decision basically.

I have a Qualifying Relationship.

im elligable for immigrant classification.

is residing here

has resided here.

has lived with spouse.

has a romantic relationship with my spouse?

has family photos and letters of family with me and my spouse.

has photos of me with friends and spouse.

has video of me with spouse.

Has been battered and they believe me i have given excessive proof in my humble opinion.

I have given my own testimony and they even know why and how i fell in love with my wife?

So why did they deny me? I gave them our tax filings, 7 financial statements of products purchased for me with my Wifes creditcard and receipets my lease shown we had mutual residence but they denied it because this...

"I failed to show mutual bank accounts, property statements, insurance claims........." because thats proof of a good faith marriage? What the hell happend to love? How is it possible for a person with lacking documenttation to get a bank account? all i have is my passport and my tax identification? im just a college student.. and I even explain that not getting health insurance was a problem of our relationship and a need as there was other medical issues in our issues.

This is nuts and I am appealing. I am even going the extra mile to ask my ex wife for a letter. I never lied to her or treated her badly and i talked to her as of recent and she wnats to apologize. I won an extreme cruelty divorce and i have excessive evidence. What else can a man do? This Crazy.

WHAT IN THE WORLD is WRONG with these people who review these? I am outraged and yes I will write about it. Its insane.

How do they expect someone who has proven that he has gone the extra mile and sought help and gotten some help and done everything he can and has moved away form him
