Nothing Yet!!!

Just Checked Payemnt Portal No SIF/LIF.

Spoke to Rep few mins back , NO CC or New REF.

keeping my fingers Crossed.... Operator said " It WILL take 6-8 weeks ".

2009-11-14 I-130 sent.

2009-11-23 NOA1.

2010-02-25 NOA2.

---------------------------------------------------------------

2010-03-08 NVC received and case number assigned.

2010-03-12 Gave NVC email addresses.

2010-03-15 AOS/IV Bill Generated.

2010-03-16 Paid AOS/IV bill.

2010-03-17 AOS/IV Bill Shows Paid.

---------------------------------------------------------------

2010-05-10 Sent Back I864 & DS230 to NVC

2010-06-04 AVR Updates, ("Recieved All Doc's on 2010-06-03")

2010-06-18 Checklist Generated, ("Last Thing Anyone Wants @ this Stage")

2010-06-23 Checklist Response Sent

2010-06-29 AVR Updates (Recieved on 2010-06-24)

2010-08-06 Case Completed @ NVC.

2010-08-13 Interview Date Assigned. Interview on 3rd of September.

2010-08-20 Medical done.

2010-09-03 Interview (Approved)

2010-09-19 POE JFK

Yes...here is the same 19 days...and tomorrow is 5 week! :(

No SIF no CC ... and don`t know what to ask them more when I call...... :angry:

November 2009- I-130 filed

December 2009- NOA1 Received

April 15 2010- NOA2 Received APPROVED

April 26 2010- Got NVC case #

May 2010- DS-3032 Sent and accepted

May 2010- AOS&IV Bills received

May 2010- AOS&IV Bill PAID

Jun 2010- All document sent to NVC

Jun 16 2010- NVC received I-864

Jun 23 2010- NVC received DS-230

Jun 29 2010- NVC began processing documents

July 20 2010- Passed a medical examination

August 10 2010 FINALLY I got a SIF!!!! Yeeeeeeeeee

August 10 2010 CASE COMLPETE !! Yupiiiiii

SEPTEMBER 15 2010 Embassy interview!!! Yeeeeeee :) :)

September 19 2010 Our wedding anniversary :)

September 15 2010 VISA APPROVED

September 19 2010 BOARDING flihgt to LA! :)))

September 19 2010 I`m in my husband hug!!!!

October 1 2010 I Received my GC!

Do u have some update?

I call them and they said give us 6-8 weeks for under review...we will tell u are something missing or we will give u date of interview!!! ?????? I am slightly going to crazy!!! :crying:

November 2009- I-130 filed

December 2009- NOA1 Received

April 15 2010- NOA2 Received APPROVED

April 26 2010- Got NVC case #

May 2010- DS-3032 Sent and accepted

May 2010- AOS&IV Bills received

May 2010- AOS&IV Bill PAID

Jun 2010- All document sent to NVC

Jun 16 2010- NVC received I-864

Jun 23 2010- NVC received DS-230

Jun 29 2010- NVC began processing documents

July 20 2010- Passed a medical examination

August 10 2010 FINALLY I got a SIF!!!! Yeeeeeeeeee

August 10 2010 CASE COMLPETE !! Yupiiiiii

SEPTEMBER 15 2010 Embassy interview!!! Yeeeeeee :) :)

i see...mine is IR-1.. i think CR-1 and IR-1 dont have any difference when it comes to time processing thier visa... am i right? do you know someone who is IR_1 too but still waiting to get SIF/CC in july thread?

No CC or SIF for us either... in a few months this will all be over, try to think positive, we've already made it this far.

08-23-2008 : First met

06-20-2009 : Engaged

10-06-2009 : Wedding

01-20-2010 : I-130 sent

01-22-2010 : I-130 received

01-28-2010 : NOA1 received

04-01-2010 : NOA2 received

05-05-2010 : DS-3032 sent

05-26-2010 : DS-230 sent

05-26-2010 : Affidavit of support sent

06-24-2010 : RFE missing tax papers

06-25-2010 : sent missing papers

07-01-2010 : missing papers arrived at NVC

08-11-2010 : SIF / case closed at NVC

08-28-2010 : finally received interview date

09-16-2010 : medical

09-25-2010 : medical approved

10-07-2010 : interview at 2pm in Brussels embassy cancelled

10-14-2010 : new interview date at 2pm in Brussels !!! APPROVED !!!

10-21-2010 : back to Brussels to pick up Visa! :-)

12-22-2010 : POE Memphis

01-11-2011 : back to Belgium to sell my business

06-11-2011 : flying to my wife to stay!

I'm already insane from waiting!!! And "HOPE" what is it??? :)
