Have you tried early in the morning? I tried around 8am Eastern time, I'm not sure what time zone are you in, but I always try early and I'm able to reach them. I've also tried around 7pm Eastern time and also was able to talk with them.

My status is the same on the AVR. When we first submitted all of our documents it took them 2 weeks to review and generate the RFE. Now that we have responded to that, they're taking forever! I really pray you don't get any RFEs!

This...My husband was sent June 7 I-864,and they recieved Jun 16,but we are sent civil document with DS230 Jun 22 after I-864. And they send us RFE Jun 25 for civil document. My husband called them and told them that these papers deliver in NVC 23 June. So after that AVR said and operator said NVC has received( DS230 and c.documents) Checklist Letter Response Jun 29 and please aloud us 6-8 weeks and we will give you notification. So that is a olny one RFE for civil document and DS230 that we sent in the meantime. So I hope that they will not send again a RFE!!

Is something wrong with them would probably know by now our, right?

Now you know my situation I was able to get NVC today but still nothing. And no SIF too....

I'm in a time zone like Italy now is a 1:45 PM

NOt the best thread to be in yet Welcome to the waiting room , wish we all get out of NVC Process at the earliest.

I'm in Eastern Time Zone, and I'm able to get thru to a Operator after several attempts and staying on line for 5mins to 35mins.

Spoke to one nice lady yesterday, she stopped short of guaranteeing that I'll have my CC early next week, but did say that NVC Is now taking full 6-8 weeks for Reviewing the Case & asked me to check back erly next week.

Please let me know if you get a SIF/CC, I'll do the same.

BTW NO SIF as of 8:15AM EST.

I called NVC before a 10 minutes and the kind lady too told me that they received document Jun 29...again and that they will let me know about interview . I ask her about CC or interview,because she said we received u`r` documents Jun 29 and they are in process around 6-8 week so u have 6-8 week from that day (29 Jun) to the interview date. So I would say that maybe will be over this or next week CC...and another example to hold the interview date may have to wait two weeks!

What do u think???

I sent in a reply for an RFE as well and they received all my documents on June 28. In the past, it has only taken 7-10 days to complete but today is July 22 and still no case complete. Called the operator and she told me that I was still within my 6-8 week window for review and to not call till after that!!!!!!! She also told me that August interviews were set as well. Sooooooo.... I am hoping for a Septmember interview?????? Good luck to all waiting.

Yeah they started taking longer, right around the time I sent in all my documents they were taking just a few days. I even saw ppl getting CC in 5 business days!! If we wouldn't have gotten the RFE I think we would have an interview date already
