MY Dear, I have done all that I can. The question is,,, Is she ready!!! Its her interview. I have been sending her reading links and information I have found that others have posted. So I am hoping she is reading it but I know she is not. Her work seems to consume her. I cant do much about it other than support her with things like "I TOLD YOU SO !!" But I did and time will tell us . I dont think she has much to worry about because unlike me her memory is still intact. I know this because she keep telling me you said this and you said that. Which I respond " I think you miss understood me. haha...

I don't think you have to worry about her she sounds pretty smart!!! I bet when the time comes she will have it all in place!! Happy Friday to you and to all the VJ family!!!

I just called NVC and not only I got to talk to a nice agent (there are few of those but they seem to be a minority unfortunately) but more importantly she told me that our case is complete and proceeded to tell me my wife's interview is set for October 5th at 2pm. Now, how GRAND is that?

I can hardly believe it.

I just called to check and it says something like: "your case was completed on August 26th. Please allow 8 weeks to receive further instructions..."

For what it's worth, when I called late last night it hadn't changed yet, despite the SIF we got in the morning. It merely said they had received our documents on August 9th and to allow 6 to 8 weeks for processing.

Ours says the same thing. I talked to an operator who sounded very annoyed that I called and was told that I should not expect to know my wife's interview date until the third week of September if any. I wanted to say: I call bull $$$$.

For all those waiting, tomorrow is the start of a brand new week!! Hoping this week we will hear from some of you Case complete and Visa approved!!

I'm just got back from vacation. I had no computer or telephone access for a whole week. It was a great feeling. I'm sorry you had this problem with the NVC. I just hope we don't have to wait another month for them to review our cases again because i think I will have to pull my hair out of my head. I got the email from the NVC on Sunday August 22, 2010. I haven't been able to contact my husband, but today I will try to reach him.
