damnnnnnnnnnnn i got this stupid RFE. I just found out i got RFE for quesdtion # 30 on DS-230, part 1. Missing/incomplete information.

well.. question number 30 on ds-230 part one is...list all addresses where u lived for 6 months.

NVC had beneficiary's old address when they received her case from uscis and i sent in change of address, back in july 1st week.

now she has a new address which i listed on top... from january 2010 to present.

and her old address from 12-2008 to jan 2010.

NVC says they never got the change of address form from me, and thats why her old address is still a new address. WTH. my case could have been completed by now, i am so upset about this RFE, GOD knows how many more weeks NVC will take more to correct this problem. damnit.

i have a question.. to which address RFE's are sent to.? and to which address change of address request is sent to???

Thank you.

Thanks! There are tougher things out there and more suffering. I am just dreading the wait time. I need to believe that this will be resolved sooner than later.

jujuswife.... lol here I am ...still with you, with a RFE in my hands. lol :rofl::crying:

well.. were both dreding RFE;s and as we feared, we got em... sighhhh..

anyhow... not u tell me, hows ur part of RFE is going.? u said ur hubby will take care of it on monday. so...anynews.

And can u please tell me when did u receive E mail from NVC about RFE along with barcode sheet.????

Thanx. dont worry i am still keeping u company... we'l have SIF together.

We just got our SIF! :-)

I think the good news for everybody is that our package was received on 8/5 and put into the system on 8/9 (receipt date reported by AVR). So it looks like NVC may be catching up. It "only" took 3 weeks from the receipt date.

I now hope we won't have to wait too long before we get our interview date.

Good luck to everyone.
