Finally! i got SIF.:dance::dance::dance:...thanks God... :innocent::innocent:....goodluck to all ...

Congratz... Please inform me if you have already a date for your interview in US Embassy Manila... Cause my case was closed dated August 10 and until now I don't have an appointment interview yet....

Congratz... Please inform me if you have already a date for your interview in US Embassy Manila... Cause my case was closed dated August 10 and until now I don't have an appointment interview yet....

Okey i will let you know sis... it sad coz my hubby called up NVC and the operator told him that no new interview appointments for aug and september its due to staff schedule... :hehe:needs to call again by september:innocent:

CONGRATS... :dance::dance::dance: Did your wife already get her phyical at St Lukes? Just wondering. I have to get mine working on hers soon. Hopefully interview in letter in a few weeks. 30 days after payment on IV ... I guess thats not bad.

- Informed by call center. Cost $18 Information received- we need to wait 6-8 weeks from Nov 5th FUBAR.

- VISA APPROVED 12/15/2010

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)

What September is gone? They are all on Vacation? That stinks! :angry: So interviews will backlog and then my wife will be getting on in Jan... HELP!!! :crying::crying::wacko:

oh yeah... I called up last week but they told me that it will depend now on the Consulate of US Embassy Manila..

@TomD.. thanks :dance:....not yet ...not until got the appointment letter for interview date...but if u want ur wife have her medical, she can do it anytime now..no prob with that...

for us we prefer to wait for appointment letter ..anyway the medical took only 2 days then u can get the result on the second day... so its ur choice :yes:

Chris&Cecil, Yeah I knew it was a two day affair. The medicals are good for 6 months which is good and I didnt want her to wait till the last minute incase there was some glitch. I am getting to where I dont trust anyone anymore. :whistle: Then I saw where you said no interview appointments given anymore for AUG & SEPT Rats!!! :angry: so I think we will wait. She is going to visit some friends in Zambales and go to the beach this weekend so I will tell here later.

Chris&Cecil, Yeah I knew it was a two day affair. The medicals are good for 6 months which is good and I didnt want her to wait till the last minute incase there was some glitch. I am getting to where I dont trust anyone anymore. :whistle: Then I saw where you said no interview appointments given anymore for AUG & SEPT Rats!!! :angry: so I think we will wait. She is going to visit some friends in Zambales and go to the beach this weekend so I will tell here later.

Yep, I'm hoping for it today, but I truly think it will be Monday. I'll be on Vacation and without steady internet access that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg. I would to return from my vacation to see an interview date too. I am so hopeful. :star:

02-25-2010 : Received NVC case number, but NVC is closed, so I can't give an operator our emails. :-(

02-27-2010 : Jumped the gun and emailed the VJ version of the DS 3032. Who knows what will happen :-)

03-01-2010 : Gave the operator both emails...waiting on DS3032 kit

03-02-2010 : Received DS3032 Kit; Resent DS3032 (just in case), Received AOS bill.

03-03-2010 : Paid AOS and IV bills; both are IN PROCESS

03-03-2010 : VJ email version of the DS3032 accepted (It was the one that was sent on 02-27-2010)

03-11-2010 : Both AOS + IV showed paid but processed on 03-05-2010 :-)

03-12-2010 : Mailed AOS packet. Waiting on my procrastinating hubby to send me his IV docs :-(

03-15-2010 : AOS signed for by St. Laurent at 10:03 a.m.

07-19-2010 : Received IV documents from hubby (Finally)

07-20-2010 : Mailed IV packet

07-21-2010 : IV Packet signed for by Peters at 10:15 a.m. (St. Laurent and Desmond are probably on vacation lol)

07-26-2010 : NVC starts processing IV Packet

08-20-2010 : Called NVC and was told that we received a "stupid" RFE on 08-18-2010

09-03-2010 : RFE sent to the NVC today....SIF please come quickly.

09-07-2010 : RFE signed for by Desmond at 10:16 a.m.

09-10-2010 : NVC acknowledges receipt of the RFE

09-30-2010 : SIF

10-01-2010 : Case complete as per NVC AVR

10-05-2010 : Interview date assigned for November 29, 2010 at 7:00 a.m. Approved

oops I forgot the time differences. it is Friday in states so yeah you might have a chance today!! but if its not then Monday is a big chance. anyway next week we will get many more SIFs hopefully~~

So I will not be getting my SIF after all. I called the NVC today and they said I received a RFE on August 18, 2010. My husband was arrested for driving without his license. His case was dismissed, but they are still requesting court records. This sucks so bad. My husband will clear this up on Monday. I am definitely not going to be scheduled a September interview.

Oh damn jujuswife... sorry to hear that. i know how it feels , trust me... they must have opened ur file to compete it BUT found this missing thing... i am also dreding for RFE's.

One thing.. is ur husband petitioner? and did ur husband mention somewhere on forms about that arrest? I am just confused a lil. Thanks.

I hope your husband will solve this problem asap. maybe by the time everything cleared up NVC waiting time wont be long for you. be positive! we go through tough times and this isn't the toughest, right? good luck!!

Even my case, got completed on 8/18/2010 but because NVC schedule interview for following month on the 2nd week of the month, I couldn't make it on September interview lists. I have to wait until 2nd week of Sep to get my interview date.

I'm the petitioner. He had to disclose it on the DS 230, question #41 I believe. We were just trying to be as honest as possible. His charge was dismissed. he will go to the courts on Monday to get the court record indicating that the charge was dismissed. He will send it directly to the NVC on Monday so they will get it by Wednesday afternoon. My concern now is that I may have to wait four more weeks for this case to complete. That I can't deal with. I don't even know how i will enjoy my vacation thinking about this.
