i dont think you'll get an RFE..

edit: WOW!! i was tired of checking online.. checked today, got SIF and CC on Aug 4th. I hope the interview is scheduled for coming month. :D Good Luck to all and thanks for the support. This means people are getting SIFs now.

So your case is going through ND embassy..ours is going through Chennai..What part of India is your wife from? Good Luck with everything! Our 1 year anniversary is coming up this month so I really hope we get a september interview!

Don't give up...Friday I checked in the AM....then again in the evening..and for some reason checked later that night before going to bed and got the SIF at like 9pm when at 6pm i was still able to sign in..maybe they update it in the evenings?

When did you send it all docs to NVC? When were they received? Did you get any checklists?

I received one RFE for her original Birth certificate and NVC received checklist letter response with her BC on June 28 so it took them quite a bit of time to close case at NVC.

I`ll be tottaly crazy to the end of the week... only without RFE!!! God!!!!!!!!!!

Indeed, his history is the same as mine, recieved birthcert. checklist on the 18th. Should be any minute, any day now....sigh

I don`t know who is crazy,the operator told me u have to wait on email 2-4 weeks????????!!!!! And what we are waiting for until now,roses or???? 7 weeks!!!!!!!!
