For those of us waiting case complete..

Does anyone waiting longer than three weeks on case complete? As far as I could see and read NVC is mostly processed in 10 days majority of cases!!!!

I m so nervous and I wonder how many of us have the same situation!

From what I have read it take NVC 6-8 weeks for the processing of the completed file.

I am also in the same boat. I sent in my documents to NVC in first week of May. Received RFE and sent documents in 3rd week of May. Received by NVC per USPS, the documents were delivered on May 28th, 2010. NVC entered into system on 6/8. NVC usually closed cases in about 2 weeks for what I have seen. They now keep now saying 8-10 weeks. I callled NVC and told my concerns and thaty all fees were paid in April. This particular operator agreed that it should have been reviewed by now and escalated it up to a suupervisor. No response yet and am told to give it 10-20 days now. There is no consistency in what these operators state. Also, another one told me that they were informed that the processing of the applications is delayed and is taking longer. Let's hope all goes weand evstuff completes soon.

It does! But I see a lot of people ended in two weeks! I'm bad luck and everything has to go slow

Is it useful to call them NVC often and ask them what is happening?

Our documentacions they was received exactly 15 days ago ! And I know if we past the 14 July I will have scheduled interview in September. Again, it depends on the embassy,today I called embassy in my city and they told me You can move the interview but the chances are small that is free of terms. So like I said bad luck!!!

yes i am still waiting for my case to be completed. NVC recieved my documents on june 25th and i still waiting as well. i heard that they are very busy this month. i hope everything goes smooth and well.. insha-allah.. let me know if your case is completed . thank you

Oh I am so sorry to know about the delay!Hopefully you will all get CC by this week Its our test to have patience at this stage!NVC is really busy with tons of papers!so not to worry and keep patience to hear the word " CASE COMPLETE" from NVC!!!

In my case ,NVC still repeated on AVR the same thing 15 days. As we passed July 14,we will be in september boat!

So I lost my nerves now I believe that they are too busy but come on...we want our husband near us,right?

I'm with you guys, got an RFE but checklist response was entered on 6/29/10 and still waiting for CC. I had already set my mind for September but had a bit of hope to be scheduled for August.... yeah I think September will be our month

Everyone is angry and they all hope will be changed from day to day...We are left to wait the interview date for September,but as I see many here are beginning to lose temper with the interview date waiting!!!

Left for us to arm themselves with patience obviously !

I hate to say this...but you cant believe anything the operators at NVC tell you! They only know what they are told and lets not forget.....they are told what to say. Our case has been complete since May 18 and we still dont have an interview date. Most cases are finished within 2 weeks...if they are busy it will take about a month. But them saying that if your case is complete by the 15th of the month you will be in the list for the following month interviews is a lie. They also tell you that they only schedule the 2nd week of every month which is also a lie. They didnt schedule last week which was the second week and I have not seen anyone with a CR1 or I-130 get an interview this week either , although I was told today they will be scheduling until Friday! But some countries schedule the last week of the month. And another tip..........if it has been 8 weeks since you have gotten case complete, dont bother calling like the message on the NVC line says to do, (it has been 8 weeks for us) becuz they will tell you there is nothing they can do...they are waiting on the embassy! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Can u tell I am tired of waiting?????????????

You know what I am totally disappointed !!! When I read what Nica in love says,I wonder why they taking so long!?

So this is very disappointing ,and I hope that this is because it is summer and the big crowd is out there!

This is insane really!!!!!
