I just got mine 2 weeks before you and after you receive your NOA2 letter it has a bit more info... they forward the original petition to NVC who then sends it to your embassy/consulate. You will receive a letter when NVC does this. This is where I am at now... my fiance's mother received our letter (he is in the army and mail gets to them at dinosaur speed, so we put his home or record address) so I should be getting it in the mail any day now and can start stalking the Montreal consulate... according to the NOA2 letter Montreal should automatically send you the package within a few days of receiving your stuff from NVC. From the VJ stalking I have done everything seems to be right so far haha.

See profile for our K-1 Visa/AOS story from 2010-2011Apparently we love USCIS/NVC so much we left and are doing it again! This time giving IR-1 a whirl. Rock on immigrators.
