No there is not. Most other types of visas that go through there are billed at the NVC for the visa fee, but for a K1 it's paid in separate parts with the original I-129F petition and then with the Application at the Embassy/Consulate. Any NVC operator who tells you that you'll have to get a letter from them with a payment amount doesn't know how to process a K1. They're completely different.
