Hello everyone. I am pretty new here and starting my AOS here in the US. Does any one know if there's a thread or section for this type of adjustment. I am here on student visa, overstayed and now married to my lovely USC wife. Thanks.

Welcome to VJ!

This is the wrong forum - this is for removing conditoins.

One of the moderators will catch it and move it to the proper forum.

There, you will be able to share thoughts and comments with people in the same stage as you are....

good luck with your journey.

Your profile indicates you're on IR-1/CR-1 (which apparently is incorrect) and, as stated above, this forum is for Removing Conditions (conditions you don't yet have).

Will move the topic from ROC to Adjustment of Status from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas.

Hey Rose John! Welcome to VJ and congratulations on the marriage!!!

Around here you'll see that everyone is AOS so you'll read heaps of information on everything you need.

You might want to take a look at this http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2 . It has the forms and general guidelines of what you need to submit.

Wish you both all the best!
