I got RFE for w2' 1099 etc.

If I just get my wife and her mother (the USC's) to get tax transcripts from the IRS will I still need to include their W2's etc or will the tax transcripts suffice?

According to the information I got, only the Tax Transcripts are enough. My husband called the USCIS and they said to send everything, W2s, 1099s, etc. They also said that the Tax Transcripts are not "needed", but is highly recommended. I told my husband to send only the Tax Transcripts, but he wants to send everything...

If you sent IRS Tax transcripts then you don't need the W2, 1099s etc becaues they're listed ON the IRS transcript.

If you send tax returns you MUST send ALL w2's, 1099s and schedules. It's far better to send the IRS transcripts because then you can be sure you didn't forget anything, and so no RFE's.
