worried about medical examination in London

Hey Guys

I am a bit worried about my medical examination Im due to go next week. I am over weight and think it may go against me other that that im fit and healthy. Also whats the criteria for a hep b jag im 30 and i dont think ive had it do i get it down in London. Anyone give me any infor that would be great.

Hep B is only required for someone 19 and under.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

Do not worry - it is a breeze!! I am 31 and did not require the hep B vaccine - full schedule of vaccines is available through the 'embassy info' link on this website.

K1 Application

23 Feb 2006 - I-129 mailed

14 August 2006 - Approved!!!! :-)

21 October 2006 - Married in the mountains of North Carolina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AOS Application

6 November 2006 - Applied for AOS, EAD and AP

09 Decemeber 2006 - e-mail received to say case was trasferred to California

16 December 2006- biometric appointment in Charlotte, NC

20 Jan 2007 -AP approved

24 Jan -EAD approved

28 June -Green card ordered

7 July wedding celebrations in Scotland

2 March 2006: NOA1 dated (received in mail on 9 March 2006)

4 May 2006: NOA2!!!!! (DAY 66)

8 May 2006: File Sent to NVC (as stated on email dated 9 May)

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives

Have your jabs done at your GP, it is waaaaay cheaper and make sure you get a certificate of having them done....

The medical is easy peasy... hubby was sooooooo scared! Don't worry about your weight, it should not count against you...

Don't worry about your weight, I'm overweight at she just said I should watch my weight. It's not grounds for denial at all.

It's usual to be nervous, I convinced myself I had every dread disease going! They are really nice there and it's quick.
