No. That's not correct.

So what does that "post decision activity" really mean? Does anyone know? I know what USCIS says about that but really those who got a notice saying that, were they approved or not? Anyone knows?

04.14.11: NVC is saying i never emailed anything. I contacted my senate office, who is getting things handled for me at NVC.

"post decision activity" means case is made a decision and in further activity such as sending to NVC etc.

It is an indication that the decision has been made by the USCIS.

But, it could be a software glitch too. I wish it is not.

OMG after not having been "touched" in over 4 months I got 2 in 2 days! Woohoo! I know everyone else got the same too, but I didn't think I was going to get any. So exciting! Hoping for some NOA2's this week!

there are 3 of us that i know of (in the CSC transferred to TSC thread) who got our I-129Fs touched yesterday and today as well so let's hope for approvals this week! 3 weeks and then it's holiday time again, first christmas then new year's.

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

Another touches on I 130 and I 129F today. We prey to have our NOA2 soon .

they're touching BOTH your I-130 and I-129F?

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!
