No. That's not correct.

So what does that "post decision activity" really mean? Does anyone know? I know what USCIS says about that but really those who got a notice saying that, were they approved or not? Anyone knows?

04.14.11: NVC is saying i never emailed anything. I contacted my senate office, who is getting things handled for me at NVC.

"post decision activity" means case is made a decision and in further activity such as sending to NVC etc.

It is an indication that the decision has been made by the USCIS.

But, it could be a software glitch too. I wish it is not.

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

Another touches on I 130 and I 129F today. We prey to have our NOA2 soon .

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.
