02/14/2011 - NOA2 HARDCOPY RECEIVED

NVC:

02/15/2011 - NVC case number assigned

02/16/2011 - emailed ds3032 to nvc

02/17/2011 - gave both our email address.

02/18/2011 - DS3032 accepted.

03/15/2011 - AOS & IV paid. both "IN PROCESS"

03/16/2011 - AOS & IV show's "PAID"

03/24/2011 - Mailed AOS & IV pack to nvc

04/13/19/2011 - received an RFE email from NVC about my ds-230 and AOS form =/

04/22/2011 - (ds230 & Aos)Checklist sent to nvc

05/04/2011 - Sign In Failed!!! :)

05/05/2011 - Case Complete! :)

05/16/2011 - Interview Scheduled!

06/09/2011 - Interview date "APPROVED"

Many people have had no touches and then been suddenly approved. We really have no idea what touches mean, but they make us feel "safe". For all we know, touches good be a bad thing! blush.gif

Hi, i'm july filler too, my notice date is 24/7 and i have transferred to TSC in 2/11, touched 3/11 and then i have been touched again in 24/11 and got a notification by mail that my case was transferred to USCIS office and is being process like many of u , i hope all of us get approval soon

ya it is, plus that i applied for I129 too NOA1 13/8 but i knew that they will deny it and will approve I130

I got another touch today. I am surprised people are working at sunday too. By the way, I am wondering how many touches it need to get approved? Initailly, I was worried about not having touches at all. Now I am kinda worried if it will draw RFE. I hope not. My 5 months mark is appraoching. I read from others in another link that special cases are transferred to USCIS and the transfer is not normal. I am kinda worried about my case right now as it has been transferred from TSC to USCIS. I have not wanted anything so bad than approval in my life. God help us all

I wouldn't worry too much. We called USCIS about this, and spoke to a tier 2 person who told us it was purely to clear the backlog of cases, pure and simple.

He said it would slow things down for a few days, and then speed things up. Judging by the amount of touches, he is right. Once we get a proper approval from TSC (and there has to be one soon), we'll all feel better.

04.14.11: NVC is saying i never emailed anything. I contacted my senate office, who is getting things handled for me at NVC.

No, not as yet. I have a gut feeling we haven't been transferred out of Texas, just moved to a different department. Does anyone know categorically that our cases have been moved to local USCIS offices?
