Nothing. 7th July is our 5 monthes mark. Preparing what to do next after this day. I think

1) start calling to this 800 number until they place service request

2) then contact senator, seems that my congressmen doesnt handle uscis issues. what the right time to contact senator?

should I wait couple days after service request?

3) write e-mail direct to TSC, probably they answer something.

My biggest worry is that our case wasnt touched since July even when was transferred to TSC so "they might lost it" always comes to mind

I am wondering maybe write mail to TSC right now at least to confirm that case is there or it is

waste of time and just wait 2 weeks and then start from point 1.

Sorry for mess. it is only what i can think right now. What is going on there?????

Oh, and maybe it adds hope to guys here, the case 5 numbers before mine was approved at 22nd november, but i dont know what state this case had before.

A case 4 numbers before ours was also approves Nov 22nd, so hopefully that's a good sign! I just don't know if it was transferred to TSC as ours.

Timol, since you have the transfer notice you can be shore that your case is not lost and is at TSC :). We also have NOA1 19 July and one update on web site in August but this is due to the fact that we have sent later the papers for K3 visa. So just wait and at the wright moment we will now what to do because we will have plenty of suggestions from VJ members :thumbs:. Hang in there just few more days.

Seems to me that petitions with NOA1 in August just received this message?. By the way I just look at Igor's list and CSC have activity, they are moving comparing with the rest of CS. Let's see what is happening till the end of the week. Is time for some good news for July fillers. :dance:

I havent had any movement on my case since the transfer to texas. Hope texas wasnt just used as a shuffeling place to move the cases on to somewhere else to actually work on them. Oh well...good things come to those who wait. Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone..... :thumbs:
