i am confused...if VSC is faster dan y most of da ppl apply in CSC...is dere any states requiremet?

its also 4 months 3 days from my NOA1 today...

People do not apply in CSC or VSC.

Chicago Lockbox is the address to send the I-130 petition and they route it to the Service center based on their own criteria.

2 years back, it was not the case. Chicago Lockbox used to route to the proper Service center of the petitioner's state of living. For example, if the petitioner lived in the East Coast, it would have reached VSC. Similarly, west coast people's petitions used to go to CSC. Now it is not the case.

Hmm I just looked at Igors list. If i am reading it correctly none of those July filers have been approved, yet August ones have been approved...Happy for them, sad for all us July filers that are coming up to 5 months in the next few weeks. :crying:

03/24/11: Emailed my I-864 AGAIN because NVC is saying they did not receive it.

04/08/11: NVC robot says they are "Awaiting my Biographic Data" which I assume means they reviewed my I-864

04/11/11: NVC is saying I am missing info, that I did not send in all my documents.

04.14.11: NVC is saying i never emailed anything. I contacted my senate office, who is getting things handled for me at NVC.

05.12.11: OMG SIF!

07.11.11-INTERVIEW DATE!

Hmm I just looked at Igors list. If i am reading it correctly none of those July filers have been approved, yet August ones have been approved...Happy for them, sad for all us July filers that are coming up to 5 months in the next few weeks. :crying:

It seems to me that TSC is slow but we keep out faith. Hang in there jmks.

07/21/2010 - NOA1

02/07/2011 - NOA2 approved! 201 days since NOA1!!!

02/14/2011 - NOA2 HARDCOPY RECEIVED

NVC:

02/15/2011 - NVC case number assigned

02/16/2011 - emailed ds3032 to nvc

02/17/2011 - gave both our email address.

02/18/2011 - DS3032 accepted.

03/15/2011 - AOS & IV paid. both "IN PROCESS"

03/16/2011 - AOS & IV show's "PAID"

03/24/2011 - Mailed AOS & IV pack to nvc

04/13/19/2011 - received an RFE email from NVC about my ds-230 and AOS form =/

04/22/2011 - (ds230 & Aos)Checklist sent to nvc

05/04/2011 - Sign In Failed!!! :)

05/05/2011 - Case Complete! :)

05/16/2011 - Interview Scheduled!

06/09/2011 - Interview date "APPROVED"

MEDICAL:

03/21/2011 - first day

03/22/2011 - medical result: IMMUNIZATION! =) thank god.

Of course but still you can see the fact that they are working, because you are able to see the approvals. :)

Well, i have just changed my service center from CSC to TSC and still it is not showing on Igor's list. Huummm.. maybe it needs some time for the system to update, i don't know...

Ok, so now it is showing, but i had to edit my timeline, and change service center there, not in profile settings. So I changed my service center in my timeline and now our names show on Igor's list :)

VJtimeline just examine my patience day by day, first it was showing 15 dec to 1 jan now its increasing time. :crying: should i rely on this processing estimate?
