Just called USCIS 800# to check on the expedite request from November 8th. The expedite request was approved and my wife's I-130 is on an adjudicator's desk right now. The agent I spoke with stated that a notice was sent to me on Monday advising me of the approval of expedite.

Now if I can get my wife and son home by Christmas.......................

Sorry :) all 3 of you, I have noticed that is also a baby :dance:

Bia&Cip we've been waiting the same amount of time, closing in on 18 weeks, it is so frustrating! I check this site a million times a day in hopes that someone at TSC got approved. I am preparing for the day when I have to complain USCIS and my senator. I am hoping it will not come to this. :crying:

480 days since I submitted My I-130 back in July of 2009. I've given up really, I can't get help from anyone. Ive called uscis so much that they sent me a letter telling me that calling them is delaying them! HA!!!! its been 480days! What about my delay and all the times I was told 180 days?

Calls to the congressman and lawyer are all of no help, uscis still says its "pending" . Its sad really, I can't imagine what takes 480 days to figure out

The worst of it all is when I am request something from them, I am given a short time to do it and I am told if I dont complete whatever they ask for, they will cancel my case. So i rush to get it done that day, but yet they tell me time frames and its a joke

My wife and I hurt from this struggling in life to figure out what to do , we can't take new job offers or move to other places because we dont know we have to drop everything and do something else for uscis.

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

Keep your faith , the approvals will follow at the end of November and beginning of December. We hope for the best even if is so hard to just sit and wait.
