Hello

Married June 25th, 2010

Filed July 30, 2010

NOA1 August 3rd received

NOA1 touched August 6th, 2010

Transfer to Texas SC November 3rd, 2010

Recived transfer letter +

Now need to wait until the 5 month are up and wait for the approval.

November 8th, 2010 sent DS-0203 and I-864 to attorney so when they

need them he has them ready to do, and pay the 404 and 88 when needed to go

About less than 70 days now to hear for approval, than the next step

starts next.

Sounds like were on target for 5 months to me

should have some answer by January 7th, 2010 for me

well, it depends how you look at it: for me every day that passes makes me one step closer to the finale, that's why I am positive and cheerful. And when it turns 4 months, it will be even better, it means I am almost at the very end and soon a miracle will happen, every day could be lucky! kicking.gif

sky you have the perfect attitude....every day is one day closer to being with by honey forever. like everything with the government there is a process and if you follow it and do as they want things will end up getting done, though i would like them to move faster. i can say because if the position i hold that government employees do there job's they have processes and procedures that they must live by or else they can end up in hot water at their job. LOTO's name is perfect...you need patience for this process, it will finish it just takes time.

Has anyone looked at the "National Processing Volumes" on the USCIS website recently? It's crazy, if you look at CSC the volumes are in the 120,000's and then if you look at TSC there are 44. This data is from August, but I wonder if I am reading it incorrectly. If that is still the trend, it seems like we should be approved in no time! :thumbs:

07/26/10: Touched

11/03/10: Case Transferred to TSC

11/30/10: Touched! FINALLY

12/01/10: Touched, AGAIN!

12/02/10: Touched, YET AGAIN!

12/03/10: TOUCHED!

02/14/11:I-130 Approved Happy Valentines Day!

Case was approved in 212 days

NVC

02/18/11: Received NVC Case number

02/20/11: Optin email sent

02/22/11:Submitted DS-261 (Choice of Agent)

02/23/11: AOS invoiced and paid

02/25/11: AOS I-864 Emailed to NVC

03/02/11: IV Bill generated & Paid!

03/08/11: Optin Accepted

03/17/11: DS-260 completed

03/24/11: DS-260 Supporting Documents emailed

03/24/11: Emailed my I-864 AGAIN because NVC is saying they did not receive it.

04/08/11: NVC robot says they are "Awaiting my Biographic Data" which I assume means they reviewed my I-864

04/11/11: NVC is saying I am missing info, that I did not send in all my documents.

04.14.11: NVC is saying i never emailed anything. I contacted my senate office, who is getting things handled for me at NVC.

05.12.11: OMG SIF!

07.11.11-INTERVIEW DATE!

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!
