Yes, electronic processing....we have an attorney though as well..so I assume he'll be handling the payments. I read all that NVC shortcut stuff...my head is swimming, lol ..

Anyways.. when I call and finally find out if they've processed our file and got NVC case number..should I give the operator the beneficiary(me), petitioner(her) and our attorney's email addresses? I dont think we have to fill out that Ds3032 or whatever it is for agent of choice because we have an attorney already...is that correct?

What can be the ground for the case to be expedited. I am eagerly waiting for my approval. I am planning to ask for expedite but cold not find the reason to request.

would you please tell us how your case has been expedited? What reason you have have explained to USCIS for expediting your case? I would appreciate for your help

Me and my wife,

I tried to expedite based on:

1) This is my wife's second GC through me

2) We have a USC daughter living in India and she needs better health care in the U.S.

I know that it was not a valid ground and this expedite got denied.

However, since I was in VSC group, the approvals were coming in 70 to 80 days time. So, if you look at my signature you'll feel it is an expedite, but it is not :star:

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

Nothin here, on the internet I'm still at CSC and no update. But the fact is we are at TSC according with the mail notice. :D

12/01/10: Touched, AGAIN!

02/14/11:I-130 Approved Happy Valentines Day!

04.14.11: NVC is saying i never emailed anything. I contacted my senate office, who is getting things handled for me at NVC.

05.12.11: OMG SIF!

02/14/2011 - NOA2 HARDCOPY RECEIVED

NVC:

02/15/2011 - NVC case number assigned

02/16/2011 - emailed ds3032 to nvc

02/17/2011 - gave both our email address.

02/18/2011 - DS3032 accepted.

03/15/2011 - AOS & IV paid. both "IN PROCESS"

03/16/2011 - AOS & IV show's "PAID"

03/24/2011 - Mailed AOS & IV pack to nvc

04/13/19/2011 - received an RFE email from NVC about my ds-230 and AOS form =/

We got a snail mail today stating that our case was also moved from CSC to TSC on 11/2/2010! There were no Text/Email updates from USCIS, no updates on USCIS website either. Incidentally, my wife had called them up during her lunch break today & the USCIS lady didn't even know the status of our application, whether its at CSC or TSC!! Don't know if that's good or bad!! :unsure::unsure:

P S :- Loto can you please help in updating the spreadsheet for me. I tried doing that, somehow it did not allow me to! Thanks for your help!! :thumbs:

Thanks Loto! I think we can assume that any left is now at TSC. I REALLY hope we hear some good news from TSC people soon. I think I have 25 days before I hit the 5 month mark! Then I'll start complaining daily to USCIS and my congressman. :bonk:

got my letter of case transfer yesterday. funny thing is im seeing people left at csc who had noa1 less time than me are now getting noa2. feeling like the guy that changes lanes on the highway to what looked like the faster lane only to find out its now the slower lane....oh well...wife will be coming for 37 day visit on dec 3 that will make rest of wait easier. will be our first christmas together and new years.... :D
