I just got a letter from USCIS stating that my case has been transferred to texas service center. I was expecting to get approved when I first saw the letter. Oh god, how long it will take alone to get approved. I received my NOA1 on 9th July and has seen no touches so far. I hope we see the approval soon.

I received the hard copy letter from CSC today stating that case has been transferred to TSC. Hoping my expedite request is processed quickly.

Ok, my wife finally got our paperwork today in the mail. Expedite approved..it's official..NOA2 date of Nov 1..NVC will be contacting us soon.. well ME. the beneficiary. So, other than calling NVC to see if they got our file in the system yet..what else should I be doing?

The notice gave us some ####### about the Beneficiary me, receiving info from them soon, and If i dont hear anything in 90 days to contact them..ya right..more like 9 hours..not 90 days.

I'm a bit confused as to what documents are required for NVC vs. what I need for the consular interview. For example, birth certificate (long form), Police clearance Cert..the medical..? Affidavit of support?

And our attorney finally replied to our email...so he's waiting for the original paperwork to get to his office. So, I'm guessing I need to push him to get it all done with EP. Since he's the agent of choice, do we still need to call NVC to submit our emails to them for correspondence, or is that going to be handled through our attorney?

What can be the ground for the case to be expedited. I am eagerly waiting for my approval. I am planning to ask for expedite but cold not find the reason to request.
